An ideal candidate embodies the following characteristics:  

• • Is passionate about and feels a connection to Uplift’s mission and programs.
  • Will educate their personal and professional circles about the importance of effective grief management for grieving youth.
  • Wants to make a difference by planning and hosting benefit events, crowdfunding, friendraising, and other fundraising opportunities.

Friends of Uplift participate in the following activities:

• • Quarterly team meetings, which take place over Zoom.
  • Annual fundraising opportunities to be determined by Friends of Uplfit members.
