Sarah Sweda, MS, NCC is a Nationally Certified Counselor who received both her M.S in Clinical Mental Health Science and B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Scranton. Sarah has a wealth of experience working with bereaved youth and their caregivers in both hospice and community settings and now works as a school and community services clinician at Uplift Center for Grieving Children in Philadelphia.
