Tiffany Chalmus, MS, NCC

Tiffany Chalmus, MS, NCC received her Bachelor’s degree from Temple University in Early Childhood Education and her Master’s degree at Chestnut Hill College in Clinical and Counseling Psychology with a focus in child and adolescent therapy and trauma. As an educator, Tiffany spent several years teaching in the Philadelphia School District within many underserved communities, and yearned to expand her knowledge in serving children who experienced high levels of trauma.

Tiffany began her journey with Uplift as an intern and is honored to have the opportunity to stay as Uplift’s Acute Loss Coordinator. It brings her great joy to assist children in their grief journey. Learning to the tools to cope despite adversity is the true path to resiliency.
